As an experienced Yoga teacher since 2002 of Sports and Body Aligned Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Yoga Therapy my goal is to help your body and mind connect and unite to bring a stronger sense of wellbeing and mindfulness to your everyday life. I incorporate a variety of practices to help each student practise their own unique form of Yoga. I have worked within mainstream education, Primary, Secondary, Further Education through to University Post Grad, NHS, local community settings, the Care Home sector and private 1:1’s. I enjoy teaching students of all abilities and backgrounds and supporting and witnessing the difference yoga can make to your health and life.
